Here at MC Laser Clinic, we use Cutera® Laser Genesis; An advanced non-invasive beauty treatment that stimulates the skin’s natural renewal process to improve it’s overall quality resulting in a radiant and more youthful complexion. This non-ablative laser treatment helps reverse the signs of aging before they start by restoring your skin’s healthy appearance, as well as addressing visible imperfections such as sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, excessive redness, acne and acne scarring providing you with the flawless complexion you once had!
From the first treatment, you can start to experience the amazing renewal properties of Laser Genesis. By gently heating the skin to 45 degrees, the laser begins to correct fine lines, diminish unwanted brown spots and facial redness, and improve the overall health and appearance of your skin. This gentle procedure requires no downtime. In fact, you can even do it on your lunch time and be back at work immediately — only with glowing skin!
In only 4 to 6 treatments, Laser Genesis treatments can restore your skin’s youthful dewy glow by doing the following:
It can also be combined with other treatments like Skinpen Microneedling, Dermalinfusion, Dermaplaning, and Limelight Photo Rejuvenation to amplify the rejuvenating effect and achieve the appearance of the glowing skin that you’re looking for.
Collagen is protein that provides strength and structure for the entire human body. It’s what gives us that natural plum, youthful look. With age, we tend to lose significant amounts of collagen resulting in sagging of the skin and appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Laser Genesis is scientifically proven to boost the production of new collagen. The heat generated by the laser causes collagen contraction and repair, reducing redness and tightening of pores making them appear smaller.
Laser Genesis is effective at improving the appearance of wrinkles through collagen stimulation by applying a gentle heat on the upper dermis. This heat is deeply absorbed within the papillary layer of the skin and dilates the capillaries to reduce redness and improve skin tone and texture. The warmth from the laser will also stimulate cell renewal, so your new fresh skin will come through quicker, giving you a tighter, brighter and clearer complexion.

We always begin with a consultation to ensure Laser Genesis is suitable for you and going to provide the results you are looking for.
The number of treatments you need will depend the current condition of your skin and desired results. Most clients typically require 4 to 6 treatments spaced out 2 – 4 weeks apart. Although the individual treatment results are subtle, the overall effect of a treatment series can be quite dramatic. Improvements are gradual and will be seen over a period of few treatments. Results will continue to improve for months after the last treatment. To sustain results over time, ongoing maintenance treatments are encouraged.
Because the Laser Genesis procedure is non-invasive, you may notice a slight redness immediately after treatment which will resolve within a few hours. Since there is no downtime, you can apply sunscreen and makeup and return to your normal daily activities immediately.
No downtime is required after a Laser Genesis treatment; patients can immediately return to work or daily activities. Clients may experience mild redness or skin irritation, but this will subside after about an hour. There are also no restrictions on exercise or strenuous activities.
